Firearm will be shipped to a FFL of the winner's choice.

Winner is responsible for the payment of any and all fees or taxes required by their chosen FFL.

 

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket, and 21 years of age or older to take possession of a handgun.
  2. Donation is $25.00 per ticket.
  3. A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold, numbered 000-999.
  4. Ticket holders need not be present to win; winner will be contacted by The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club. It is the responsibility of the raffle ticket holder to notify The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club of any change to the raffle ticket holder's contact information.
  5. The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club is not responsible for illegible, incorrect, or incomplete winner contact information.
  6. All sold tickets and corresponding donation must be received and in the possession of The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club by 4 PM on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Any tickets/money received after 4 PM on Saturday, May 31, 2025 will be invalid and will be returned to the submitter.
  7. Each calendar day in June 2025, the winning ticket that matches the NY Lottery NUMBERS evening drawing in its exact order (straight play) will have the option of selecting one (1) prize from the list of a prizes shown on the raffle ticket.
  8. All prize options are available for selection by all winners; the first winner will have the same prize options as the last winner.
  9. If for any reason the NY Lottery NUMBERS evening drawing is not conducted, the NY Lottery NUMBERS evening numbers from the previous day will be used in reverse order. Example: the NY Lottery NUMBERS evening drawing on June 4 is “116”, and no NY Lottery NUMBERS evening drawing takes place on June 5, the winning numbers for June 5 will be 611.
  10. All firearm transfers are subject to a successful NICS check, presentation of proper identification and credentials, and compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
  11. Winner has the option of taking a $400.00 cash prize instead of a firearm.
  12. Winner must claim their firearm, or $400.00 cash prize, by December 31, 2025. Any firearm or cash prize not claimed by December 31, 2025 will be forfeited, with no compensation to the winner.
  13. If for any reason a winner is deemed not satisfactory to carry a firearm, the cash prize of $400.00 will be awarded instead.
  14. Firearm will be shipped to a FFL of the winner's choice. Allow a minimum of three (3) weeks for delivery. Winner is responsible for the payment of any and all fees or taxes required by their chosen FFL.
  15. The Tonawandas Sportsmen’s Club reserves the right to substitute the winning firearm with a firearm of equal or greater value.
  16. If any disputes or discrepancies should occur, The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club, Inc. has the final say.
  17. The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club, Inc, its members, and all agents acting on behalf of The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club are not responsible for: any injuries or liabilities that may occur from any use of the firearm issued to a winner, nor for any injuries or liabilities that may occur from a winner's inability to safely handle a firearm.

The Tonawandas Sportsmen's Club strongly encourages the safe and responsible use and storage of firearms and ammunition.
